Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn 10% residual commission on the monthly subscription price of each new Host they refer, for as long as the referred Host remains an active DirectStay customer.

Definitions

• Host: A property owner or manager who signs up for a paid subscription to list properties on DirectStay.

• Premium Host: A Host who subscribes to a Premium plan (as defined by DirectStay pricing tiers).

• Residual Commission: Ongoing monthly commissions tied to the active subscription of referred Hosts.

Payment Terms

• Residual commissions are paid monthly, 30 days after Host payments are successfully processed.

• Affiliates will be paid to their Power Pay eWallet

Additional Terms

• Self-referrals are not permitted.

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

• Commissions are not earned on the sign up fee

• DirectStay reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time.
